Dear to Christ His followers at St. George,
Christ is Risen.
First I bow down before all you the mothers of our church and I greet you with Happy Mothers Day. Thank you for being a holy and good example mothers to our children. Thank you for being faithful wifes. Thank you for all your sacrifices.
We are going to have Vespers on Saturdays at 5 PM. Adult Education/Bible Study next Tuesday the 12th at 7 PM. Mid-Pentecost Vespers on Wednesday at 7 PM.
A big thank you to those who sent their pledges and sacrificial giving. Don’t forget St. George is your spiritual home and family. St. George can continue the mission of Christ to bring salvation to all of us through your prayers, financial support, and your giving of your time and talents. The Theotokos is the greatest example for all you mothers. May she intercede for you and protect you.
I want to thank you all for your cooperation during the past few weeks. It was hard on you, but it was very painful for me as your Father and priest.
